(I did run my own server 3 years ago and that stayed up for about a whole year) Most of my positions were Admin, Moderator, Helper and Owner (My Own Server). [*][b]Why are you applying for Staff?[/b] Being that im 16, I am mature and understand the responsibility and authority associated with the Staff position. I know how to handle situations involving insubordinate players, cheaters, and rule breakers. I have good situational communication skills that will aid me through the many struggles that come along with the position. I, along with most Garry's Mod players, have witnessed or been the target of Staff abuse. I have learned from those sickening players how not to behave as a fellow Staff member and promise to be fair a honest to the best of my abilities.  [*][b]Why should we pick you??[/b] I should be chosen for a number of reasons. To start, I am very experienced with Gmod and basically ULX. I have nearly an unholy 1500+ on the game (other accounts). It would be safe of me to assume that most of those hours were spent online playing DarkRP, 1942Rp, and etc... I have probably been playing the game well over since i was 8 ( i did pause for a year or so) and i love it just as much as the first time i played it.
